About Waldorf Microwave 1 OS 2.0 Upgrade

The Waldorf Microwave 1 OS 2.0 Upgrade is the final firmware update for the original Microwave 1 synthesizer, enhancing its functionality and performance.

• New voice allocation modes, including Mono Retrigger and Mono Single Trigger
• Introduction of fingered portamento and glissando in all voice allocation modes
• Portamento time controller (#5) utilized for MIDI portamento and glissando
• Addition of 32 new algorithmically calculated wavetables

This upgrade is delivered via two brand-new EPROM chips, ensuring data integrity and longevity. Please note, this upgrade is not compatible with the waveSLAVE unit.
