The Grand 3

About Steinberg The Grand 3

Steinberg The Grand 3 is a virtual piano instrument for musicians, arrangers and composers working on studio productions or live performances.

• Five sampled pianos include the Yamaha C7, Bösendorfer 290 Imperial, Steinway D, Yamaha CP80 Electric Grand and a Nordiska upright.
• Natural sustain and decay, pedal and hammer noises, and key thumps recreate the details of acoustic piano playing.
• Ambience controls let you position the piano in a virtual room and add reverb.
• Master tuning, switchable stretched tuning and historical tuning presets accommodate different musical settings.
• ECO Mode and RAM Save help reduce memory consumption and improve CPU performance.

Use it within a compatible host or as a standalone instrument with a scratch pad and metronome for practice and performance.
